At Manoir Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Manoir Group packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
